The United Precision Products team maintains control and oversight of all manufacturing processes by requiring first-piece inspections at every manufacturing step, ensuring quality at the source.

We maintain extensive, independent third party over-checking of products, which are conducted by approved testing laboratories. We utilize only approved sources for all outside steps in the manufacturing process and provide Statistical Process Control for all critical processes as required.

We are committed to continuous improvement and waste elimination for all steps in our manufacturing processes, helping not only the environment, but also your bottom line. For over 15 years our team at UPP has maintained strict adherence to the international standards for AS9100 and ISO9001. With a high rate of retention among our highly skilled and dedicated workforce, we have been able to successfully complete the Defense Contract Management Agency’s Annual Surveillance Audit and Statement of Qualification for QSLM and Government’s ISO certification program.

We continually work within the requirements of numerous OEM quality programs including: SPOC (Honeywell), LCS/MCL (Pratt & Whitney), SABRe (Rolls Royce) S500/S100 (General Electric) and more.
